We have no intent to use the domain to mislead consumers, divert traffic from the actual business, or extract bad-faith profit from the trademark. We use the domain for the legitimate purpose of operating a review and information site about the café and its surroundings, which constitutes a recognized legitimate interest under UDRP/UDRP-equivalent practice.
